BallsMania meets-up with Carl ‘The Cobra’ Froch
BallsMania met-up with Carl Froch, relaxing at his home prior to the build-up for the new Super Six round-robin tournament that is kicking-off in October. The tournament will lay claim to which boxer is the ultimate ‘World Champion’ in the Middleweight division and BallsMania wanted to get The Cobra’s thought’s on the contest and how his rigorous training was going.
County start celebrations thanks to ‘Super’ Hughes
So much hype has surrounded Notts County over this remarkable pre-season, it’s been difficult to get your head around. The takeover, Sven, and hourly rumours about the next big signing have left the Magpies faithful expecting big things from the 2009/10 campaign.
Chambers sees red as Forest earn ‘good’ draw
Despite his best efforts, Billy Davies wasn’t able to dampen the optimism of the 3,000+ Forest fans who made the journey to the Madejski Stadium on a beautiful season opening day. The fiery Scot continues to make noises about the need for a Central Defender and his views were highlighted with the sending-off of Luke Chambers in the dying minutes.
